Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
Serve food and beverages to guests with efficiency and professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas, including clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and replenishing supplies.
Assist with food preparation tasks and plate assembly during busy periods.
Collaborate with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Fill in for BOH breaks and lunches FOLLOW S.

Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, following proper procedures at all times.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with tact and professionalism, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting team members and fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie.
Qualifications Previous experience working in a restaurant environment, with a strong understanding of FOH operations.
Experience working in the BOH, including basic food preparation and kitchen hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Food handler's certification (preferred but not required).
