Compiles various reports Supports Accounting Manager in day-to-day administration tasks Organize and maintain files, soft copies, records, and other documents Opening and sorting mail Support with company cell phones, including tracking and working with cell carrier portal.
Assist in recording and keeping up to date with all company business licenses Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office program (Word and Excel) Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets Communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing Strong organizational and attention to detail Multi-tasking Teamwork Skills DBS.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
